Process of professional support and/or preventive monitoring: You will receive personalized attention from a Mental Health professional or specialist with a valid license and certification according to current regulations and standards and with a minimum of 10 years of experience practicing psychotherapy. Each consultation lasts 60 minutes and you can take one or two per week depending on your situation. It is not recommended to allow more than two weeks to pass between sessions due to the desired results.

Requirements

First Assessment Session: Programa una primera sesión de valoración inicial para conocer tu motivo de consulta y definir tu plan de acción o los temas a abordar durante el proceso de desarrollo personal.
Physical and technical conditions: Define un espacio tranquilo, dispositivo con internet estable y audífonos. Si tienes problemas para conectarte, nuestro Equipo Técnico te ayudará.
Puntuality: Nuestros coaches deben seguir horarios específicos, así que conéctate 15 minutos antes de tu sesión. Si no puedes asistir, cancela 24 horas antes para evitar que se registre como asistida, salvo en caso de calamidad comprobada. Asegúrate de pagar puntualmente para evitar retrasos en tus resultados.
Cancellation and Suspension: If you cancel or suspend your membership you must notify us via email to delete your integrations. If in the future you wish to resume your process, you must carry out the entire activation and creation process of your user profile again.
